Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 8+ years of experience in Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications
- Translate user needs and product requirements into intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces.
- Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or Angular/Vue).
- Solid understanding of back-end technologies: Java, Python, Node.js or similar
- Strong understanding of distributed messaging - Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar
- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
- Strong UI/UX design skills with a portfolio demonstrating design and development work.
- Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar for prototyping.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) , responsive design and Automation
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage projects with material technical risk at a team level.
