Job Overview
Coupang’s Rocket Growth team is dedicated to providing our customers with the best selection at the lowest prices while ensuring the utmost convenience for our sellers. We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE) to join our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Analyze test results, identify potential issues, and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Collaboration with development and product teams to understand new features and their technical implementation.
- Review product user interface for conformity to design guidelines
- Report testing results and have a backbone for quality in every phase of the development process
- Lead the development and maintenance of automated test frameworks.
- Conduct performance, load, and security testing as needed.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in testing and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level role.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
