About the Team:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Management professional to join our team in building a new set of offerings in the Planning and Analytics space. You will have the opportunity to shape our next set of offerings in the space that are AI-native and sit at the confluence of data, analytics and planning. • You will help define a new category, not just enhance an existing product
• You will influence product direction early, not after decisions are made

• You will collaborate closely with designers, security, legal, and platform engineering teams globally

What you get to do in this role:

• Shape the strategy, product definition, roadmap, execution, and overall success of Planning and Analytics focused offerings across different functional domains.
• Lead and facilitate engagement with customers and field teams in the planning of the product roadmap, as well as prioritize features based on their input.
• Effectively manage the roadmap, ensuring consensus and coordinating with a team of engineers and designers to deliver high-quality user experiences on schedule.
• Generate compelling, market-validated use cases and spearhead ideation sessions.
• Communicate product priorities and build consensus
• Assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner who is committed to the outcome regardless of the role or organizational boundaries
• Work with multiple teams to guide projects through development and bring high-quality products to life
• Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
• Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• 8+ years of software product management experience
• Synthesizing customer input into clear product bets
• Working with design and engineering to shape defaults, templates, and first-value experiences
• This is a high-signal, high-context role - less backlog grooming, more judgment.
• Own continuous discovery with planning and analytics practitioners
• Translate customer pain into adoption-driven product bets
• Define first-value experiences that make the platform immediately useful
• Act as the voice of the customer in roadmap, and architecture discussions
• Shape competitive differentiation from the customer's point of view
• Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
• Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
• Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
• Drive solution development through big-picture solution development
