- Develop RTL for SSD/NAND/DDR controllers (data path, DMA, scheduling).
- Implement protocols: NVMe, PCIe, DDR, ONFI/Toggle NAND.
- Optimize for performance, latency, and power.
- Support verification, integration, and silicon debug.
AI for Automation (Nice to have)
- Apply AI/ML techniques for:
- RTL design automation and code generation
- Failure triage and debug analysis
- Performance tuning and workload prediction
- Use scripting (Python) for automation and data analysis.
Requirements
- Strong SystemVerilog/Verilog RTL design skills
- Experience in storage or memory controller design
- Knowledge of high-speed interfaces and SoC integration
