- Own the design, configuration, enhancement, and support of SAP ERP solutions within assigned functional areas
- Lead medium to high-complexity SAP initiatives including enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and production support
- Translate business requirements into SAP functional solutions aligned with Micron architecture, security, and compliance standards
- Perform impact analysis, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex SAP production issues
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, SAP development teams, Basis, Security, Integration teams, and external vendors
- Drive continuous improvement of SAP system stability, performance, usability, and process efficiency
- Support SAP integrations using standard interfaces such as IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, APIs, or middleware platforms
- Participate in global SAP rollouts, S/4HANA initiatives, and system lifecycle activities
- Ensure solutions comply with SOX, audit, data governance, and IT control requirements
- Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scripts, and support procedures
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members (P2/P3)
