Role Overview
We are seeking high-performing and well-networked Stable Wealth Managers to acquire high-value retail customers and drive investments into Stable Money products such as Fixed Deposits, Corporate Bonds, and Mutual Funds.
* Target ticket size per customer: ₹5–10 lakhs
* Expected to bring strong personal client networks
* Full ownership of acquisition, closure & client relationship
* Performance-driven role with high growth & incentive potential
Key Responsibilities
* Acquire and onboard high-net-worth retail clients using prior industry connects and networking.
* Drive investments in Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and Mutual Funds in the range of ₹5–10 lakhs.
* Build and maintain strong sales pipelines using CRM and structured sales processes.
* Negotiate and close deals independently with minimal support.
* Leverage personal relationships to acquire customers.
* Ensure accurate MIS tracking, compliance adherence, and timely closures.
* Meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly targets.
* Work under target pressure with a high ownership and growth mindset.
Candidate Profile
* Minimum 5 years of client acquisition experience in banks, NBFCs, securities firms, or liability-based products.
* Strong track record of customer acquisition, relationship management & sales closure.
* Must carry rich customer contacts and active networks.
* Familiar with sales rigor, process orientation & CRM usage.
* High ownership, negotiation skills, resilience under pressure.
* Graduate / MBA preferred.
* Local city experience & network (must have worked in the same city you’re applying for).
* Proven direct sales to retail customers
* Strong command of sales process, CRM, funnel metrics, and on ground execution.
* Fluency in English + local language.

* Lead to Sale Conversion %, cycle time (TAT), cancellation/error rate
