What You'll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality casino games
Architect and build software solutions that meet our stringent quality standards
Implement game features and systems using C++ in a Linux environment
Collaborate cross-functionally with artists, designers, and testers to ensure a flawless product
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain coding standards
Optimize game performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle
Drive innovation and stay updated with the latest industry trends
Ensure detailed documentation of software composition and code
Coordinate with QA to strictly manage and resolve defects
Successfully implement build automation using tools like Bamboo
Use JIRA for efficient tracking of project progress and bug resolution
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 6+ years of experience in software development
Proven expertise in C++ (11/14) programming
Strong understanding of object-oriented development, algorithms, and data structures
Extensive experience in SVN, Perforce, Coverity, and other code analysis and review tools
Proven track record in the full software/project life cycle
Experience with build automation tools such as Bamboo
Proficiency in JIRA or similar defect tracking systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
