What You'll Do:

To serve as the operational backbone of our revenue engine by optimizing, administering, and continuously improving Salesforce and related RevOps processes. This role ensures that our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams operate with clean data, efficient workflows, accurate reporting, and scalable systems that drive predictable revenue growth.

The Salesforce RevOps Analyst will bridge business strategy and system execution—owning Salesforce administration while proactively identifying process improvements that enhance pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and overall revenue performance.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Own day-to-day Salesforce administration including user management, security, and system governance.

  • Configure and optimize Salesforce (flows, automation, validation rules, approval processes, record types).

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership.

  • Ensure data integrity, system scalability, performance, and user adoption.

  • Manage sandbox environments, testing cycles, and support release deployments.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align Salesforce with GTM and revenue strategy.

  • Optimize lead-to-revenue processes including lead management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and renewals.

  • Support territory planning, quota tracking, and revenue performance reporting.

  • Lead process improvement initiatives, document requirements/SOPs, and provide Salesforce training and enablement.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.

  • Strong experience supporting Revenue Operations or Sales Operations functions.

  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud (Service Cloud exposure is a plus).

  • Proven experience configuring OOTB Salesforce features (Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Validation Rules, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of revenue funnel metrics and forecasting concepts.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (mandatory).

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.

  • Ability to challenge existing processes and recommend scalable improvements.

  • Experience with tools such as CPQ, Marketing Automation (Marketo/HubSpot), Clari, Outreach, or similar.

  • Working knowledge of AI capabilities within Salesforce (e.g., Einstein, predictive scoring, forecasting insights) and ability to identify use cases where AI can improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and revenue productivity.

  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving.
