Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering
About You – experience, skills, and accomplishments:
5+ years of experience on Manual testing and able to work as individual contributor with less dependency.
Very good testing experience exclusively on Integration testing and End to end testing.
Experience in a variety of testing efforts
Knowledge in Jira, Agile Methodologies
Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA or similar.
What will you be doing in this role :
Understand user stories/User cases/Requirements. Works with the team to clarify any doubts.
Estimate effort required for the given story
Identify test scenarios based on user stories and writes test scripts.
Execute test scripts for both new stories and regression.
Perform manual functional testing based on business requirements and user stories.
Conduct regression, integration, end to end and UI/UX testing.
Document and track defects, providing detailed information to assist development.
Collaborate with team members and scrum team for any clarifications and completing planned testing.
Soft Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently in a dynamic setup.
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely across cross-functional teams.
