As a Sr Project Coordinator within the Quality & Business Planning – Value Management Office, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex initiatives through their full lifecycle. You will work closely with engineering, product, architecture, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery objectives are achieved within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
This role requires strong execution leadership, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and technical coordination capabilities to drive predictable and successful technology outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of initiatives from initiation through closure.
- Develop and manage integrated plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, resources, and delivery commitments.
- Establish and maintain governance mechanisms to track progress, risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and decisions.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Operations and other teams to align technical execution with business objectives.
- Drive Waterfall/Agile delivery practices, release planning, sprint execution oversight, and implementation readiness activities.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and develop mitigation and contingency strategies to maintain execution momentum.
- Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to improve planning, reporting, RAID management, forecasting, and decision support while ensuring appropriate validation.
- Prepare executive-ready status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to provide visibility into delivery health and outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience delivering technology initiatives, transformations, integrations, modernization efforts, or strategic delivery projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, release management, and delivery governance.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
- Expected expertise in prioritization, benefit realization, and stakeholder management.
- PMP®, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent certifications preferred.
