Project Coordinator • Large Program Framework & Governance
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Works with sponsors towards optimal execution of agreements; includes
- providing information on project specifics and services and obtains necessary documentation.
- Provides project coordination and work window management to ensure the project progresses on schedule.
- Provides support to functional managers to ensure accurate resource estimates Works with Project managers and business development teams in the selection, evaluation, and supervision of vendors Ensures smooth contacts and other agreements between vendors and company teams.
- Performs quality checks to ensure accuracy, compliance and attention to detail. Prepares monthly product dashboards for submission to required authorities. Provides general support for Project Management methodology.
- Reviews pipeline data for accuracy and alerts the relevant staff of issues. Supports monitoring and tracking of project deliverables to ensure that they are submitted within the period of performance and at high quality.
- Works with sponsors towards optimal execution of agreements; includes providing information on project specifics and services and obtains necessary documentation.
- Organizes and creates structure for the communication of changes/updates to all stakeholders.
- Ensures the completion of project-specific requirements and works with the association or sponsor when appropriate to coordinate activities conforming to rules and regulations .
- Ensures the system is configured to meet the defined business processes Sets up, monitors, and maintains accurate information and updates all pertinent data in appropriate project databases such as faculty, program(s), and budget information Onboarding & Offboarding of programme resources (all countries).
- Clarity Timesheet setup, admin, monthly deadlines & reporting/split for Finances Training Tracking Tooling support - SharePoint Advanced Excel support Outlook - distribution lists, centralised calendar invites/diary management & attendee tracking/note taking
Educational Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field
Certifications: Not required
Work Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in Project Co-ordination preferred in IT Organization
- Should have good exposure of working and direct communication with US or Europe Stakeholders/Customers

Work timings: 12 pm to 9 pm IST
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires training and experience in fields such as business administration, engineering, accountancy, sales, marketing, logistics, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of five (5) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated knowledge, understanding and experience leading projects related to warehouse operations, warehouse design, warehouse and business systems, process improvement and standardization, engineered labor standards, and transportation.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; ability to communicate (and work) effectively with people from different technical and business backgrounds, acting as a liaison, understanding and appreciating different perspectives and translating into terms necessary for any group or individual to understand.
- Ability to lead dynamically and energize work teams to learn and apply new skills and techniques to respond to business needs
- Good analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. Strong presentation skills: ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
- Ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Access databases, Word and AutoCad
- Prior experience in either consulting, Six-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing or Kaizen is beneficial.
