Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
• Lead product strategy that sets us up for success as we look to grow to $10B+ in revenue
• Communicate product priorities and build consensus
• Assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner who is committed to the outcome regardless of the role or organizational boundaries
• Work with multiple teams to guide projects through development and bring high-quality products to life
• Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
• Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions
• Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences

To be successful in this role you have:
• Have strong product management foundation that includes being able to deeply understand complex business problems, the difference in how these problems impact buyers and users of enterprise software, how organizations operate and "get work done", customer segmentation, discovery, continuous improvement, and vision setting.
• Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
• Experience gathering and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
• Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
• Strong curiosity of user's behaviors
• Strong curiosity of AI and how it is changing the way people work - not just how product managers work but the users of the products we build
• Ability to iterate, learn, and re-iterate fast
• Ability to listen to customers deeply and synthesize across various types of organizations to build products for many and not a few. Additionally, make difficult trade-off decisions of what types of customers we are supporting and when.
• Ability to clearly articulate product vision and provide recommendations on how to get there iteratively
• Have an outside-in view first
The Strategic Portfolio Management team supports a variety of complex organizations with many types of users. We believe the craft of product management leads to better products and work to hone our skills while being connected to all our stakeholders, with customers being first. It is a very exciting time to be in this domain as the way organizations plan and work every day is being dramatically impacted by agentic AI.
