Education any graduation or diploma
- Understanding of web 2.0 aesthetics and tools, responsive design, wordpress integration.
- Design and development of creative deliverables includes websites, landing pages, facebook applications, web/mobile applications, mobile websites, infographics, print media etc.
- Ensure quality control of all creative deliverables and improvement of the process on continuous basis.
- Conducting learning sessions every week to improve team members performance and help them to learn new things.
- Consistently take initiative to complete tasks and projects with limited supervision
