The Team & Role

We're at the forefront of Total Monetization. The B2B SaaS world is undergoing change with different monetization models at play. Our Usage Solution is driving the next wave of growth. Your work will directly impact Zuora's market leadership by educating the B2B SaaS industry on usage-based pricing models, contributing to our revenue growth and market expansion.

You'll tackle exciting challenges like crafting complex pricing concepts into compelling narratives, developing and collaborating with  thought leaders and creating a content and distribution strategy for the usage solution of Zuora.

This is a hybrid position, so you'll work both remotely and in the office.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that supports our overall marketing objectives and GTM goals, with a specific focus on our Usage Solution.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content across various formats (blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, infographics, etc.).
  • Manage the entire content lifecycle, from ideation and creation to approvals and distribution across various channels
  • Own the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content projects
  • Develop and execute a robust content distribution strategy across various channels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for SEO vendors, managing relationships and coordinating efforts to improve organic search visibility
  • Edit and refine articles written by other team members, subject matter experts, or external contributors to ensure consistency in quality, tone, and messaging
  • Analyze content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to continuously improve content strategy, tactics, and distribution


Your experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology industries
  • Proven track record of creating and distributing successful content marketing campaigns that drive business results
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and formats
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools
  • Familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in content analytics and performance measurement
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Up-to-date knowledge of content marketing trends and best practices in the B2B SaaS space


Nice to haves:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and SEO tools (e.g., HubSpot, SemRush)
  • Knowledge of subscription economy trends and usage-based pricing models
