Responsibilities include revenue retention, renewals, expansion, customer onboarding, farm deployment and training, relationship building, farmer success planning, technical problem-solving, community networking, and advocating for customers with product teams. Frequent travel is required, along with practical expertise in farming, reproduction, pasture, and agronomy. The role operates autonomously in a fast-paced environment focused on helping dairy farmers improve productivity and sustainability.
