The role requires accounting or payroll expertise, strong regulatory analysis, clear communication, sound prioritization, and mentoring capabilities.

Part-time intern supporting Universal Pictures NZ publicity, social media, creative services, and marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include campaign research, presentations, copy drafts, proofreading, social calendar management, publicity and influencer coordination, screening and premiere support, campaign reporting, giveaway management, creative asset organization, film rating updates, minor AV and print edits, website and social checks, purchase orders, budget updates, and reception coverage.

Supports Universal Pictures NZ marketing campaigns across media, promotions, finance, events, and administration. Responsibilities include creating presentations and reports, conducting campaign research, managing marketing briefs, raising purchase orders in SAP, updating budgets, reconciling invoices, checking media schedules, compiling campaign analysis, managing promotional merchandise, and coordinating newsletters and ticket giveaways. The internship requires strong Excel skills, organization, attention to detail, creativity, communication, and current student enrollment throughout the nine-month commitment.
