Own global finished-goods inventory planning, stock targets, shipment allocation, and international freight from factories to markets. Forecast inventory positions across warehouses, manage forwarders, optimize freight costs and lead times, coordinate product transitions and launches, and build trusted inventory and freight reporting. Partner with logistics, procurement, production, manufacturers, and supply chain teams to maintain service levels and prevent shortages or excess stock.

Owns material supply for assigned components and suppliers in a hardware manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include converting demand into material requirements, managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and contract manufacturers, performing clear-to-build checks, resolving shortages, managing inventory, supporting engineering changes and new product introductions, and reporting supply health and supplier performance.

Own Halter’s global tax function, including compliance, tax provisions, governance, transfer pricing, market-entry support, advisor management, and tax authority relationships. Advise senior leaders on tax risk and strategy, support international expansion, improve tax processes and systems, and coordinate cross-functional tax matters involving employee equity, cross-border work, incentives, customs, and indirect taxes.
