Job Responsibilities:
- Leverages benefits knowledge to support our employees by addressing employees’ questions related to claims, compliance and administration.
- Supports the analysis of employees’ benefits requirements, implement solutions and contribute to an overall positive employee experience.
- Collaborates and works across global teams and business providing n essential service.
- Participates in identifying, implementing and supporting process improvement opportunities.
- Responsible for maintaining benefit processes and related documentation.
- Assists with routine and periodic process audits.
Qualification:
- 0-2 year experience in benefit administration
- College graduate
- Good communication skills
- Good MS office skills
- Good to have: experience in Workday and ServiceNow or any ticketing tool and HRIS.
