Job Responsibilities:
Job Introduction:
As an AI Developer, you will design, develop, and integrate generative AI and agentic solutions into enterprise applications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI systems that enhance business processes and create measurable value.
Major Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate AI components (agents, vector stores, pipelines) and agentic solutions using state-of-the-art frameworks.
• Build and maintain MLflow models, MCP server, and chatbot applications.
• Seamlessly integrate AI/ML solutions into enterprise systems using cloud-native platforms (Azure/AWS), and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Ensure code quality through best practices, automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Evaluate and select models based on performance and scalability.
• Verify, monitor, and optimize the performance of AI agents and chatbot applications.
• Work closely with data engineers and the cloud and dev/ops team
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and domain experts to align AI/ML solutions with business needs and technical strategy
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, IT security standards, the EU AI Act, and Responsible AI principles.

Knowledge and Education:

• Degree in computer science or a similar field.

Work Experience:

• 6-9 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment
• Working experience in AI agent design and orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent, MCP server implementation)
• Working experience with cloud-native platforms (Azure/AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) of advantage
• Experience with vector databases (Azure AI Search, DBX Vector Search, or equivalent)
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality best practices

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in Python and application of state-of-the-art agent frameworks like LangGraph
• Knowledge of C#, Databricks Agent Framework, and Azure AI services is a plus
• Knowledge of IT security, EU AI Act, and Responsible AI principles of advantage
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
