The Plant Digital Lead is a key role responsible for driving the digital transformation of manufacturing operations within a specific FMCG plant in India. This role will lead the implementation and adoption of digital technologies to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and sustainability within the plant.

- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on digital technologies.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies in the FMCG industry.
- Experience in implementing and managing MES, IIoT, or other relevant digital technologies.
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical 1 skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with specific MES or IIoT platforms.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 principles and technologies.
- Experience with lean manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in the FMCG industry.
