Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of full-stack software applications utilizing React for frontend development and Java or Python for backend APIs
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions and automated capabilities to address complex business challenges with an emphasis on responsible technology practices
- Leverage enterprise-approved automation and tools to streamline development workflows, optimize code quality, and drive continuous technical improvement
- Evaluate emerging trends and strategic innovations to inform architectural solution design and platform enhancement
- Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and cloud-native application infrastructure
- Implement robust automated testing frameworks and practices (e.g., TDD, JUnit, Jest) to enforce rigorous software quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, architects, and product owners to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient applications
- Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or 4+ years of equivalent software engineering experience
- 6+ years of experience working as a backend software developer with Java or Python
- 2+ years of experience working as a software developer with JavaScript or TypeScript
- 2+ years of experience building frontend application features using React
- 2+ years of experience designing and styling web interfaces using CSS
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience developing REST-based APIs and microservices architectures
- Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate
- Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) using testing frameworks such as JUnit, Spock, Vitest, or Jest
- Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Experience with enterprise monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana) to ensure system reliability and performance
- Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL
- Hands-on experience with container platforms and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service [AKS], OpenShift)
