Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with various data domain experts to understand & link what data exists across various domains
• Design data models to efficiently connect data across data domains to support customer targeting analytics
• Develop and maintain data pipelines: Design, build, and manage data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and integration across various systems
• Ensure data accuracy and relevance: Collaborate with other cross functional teams to ensure the accuracy and relevance of data
• Bridge the gap between raw data and business insights by transforming complex datasets into usable formats for analysis
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in Cloud-based technologies (Azure), data migration/automation and data engineering practices
• Experience with data integration tools and platforms
• Proven experience in data engineering, including building and maintaining data pipelines
• SQL skills for data querying, transformation, and optimization
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Scala
• Proven communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
