Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end to end full stack applications supporting advanced automation use cases
• Build and integrate RPA and Agentic AI driven solutions to automate complex, decision intensive business processes
• Develop intelligent workflow orchestration frameworks enabling decision driven agents and human in the loop automation
• Implement scalable backend services and APIs using .NET, C#, Python, and cloud native architectures
• Develop modern, responsive frontend applications using ReactJS to support automation dashboards and user interfaces
• Integrate automation platforms with enterprise systems, databases, and third party services
• Design and optimize data models, SQL queries, and data pipelines to support automation and analytics
• Deploy and manage applications in Azure cloud environments, ensuring security, performance, and reliability
• Apply DevOps and CI/CD best practices using GitHub for source control, code reviews, and automated deployments
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including business analysts, data scientists, AI engineers, and operations leaders
• Ensure solutions are production ready, resilient, and compliant with enterprise standards
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies in Agentic AI, automation, and cloud engineering to improve solution effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or any higher degree in Information technology/electronics/CSE/computer applications
• 3+ years of experience in full stack development, including:
  • Backend: .NET, C#, Python
  • Frontend: ReactJS, modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Hands on experience with Azure cloud services and cloud native application design
• Experience with GitHub for version control, collaboration, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience integrating applications with enterprise systems and APIs
• Experience delivering enterprise scale automation or AI enabled platforms
• Exposure to low code/no code automation tools and orchestration engines
• Practical knowledge of RPA platforms and automation frameworks
• Solid understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data integration patterns
• Solid understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including:
• Intelligent workflow orchestration
• AI assisted automation and system integration
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful services, and event driven design
• Proven to be decision driven and goal oriented agents
