DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Design, develop and implement software solutions. Solve business problems through innovation and engineering practices. Develop architecture diagrams using MS-Visio tool to the fullest to demonstrate the design and analysis Involved in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including analyzing requirements, incorporating architectural standards into application design specifications. Code with company approved frameworks Document application specifications, translate technical requirements into programmed application modules, and develop or enhance software application modules. Identify or troubleshoot application code-related issues. Take an active role in code reviews to ensure solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications. Assist with design reviews by recommending ways to incorporate requirements into designs and information or data flows. Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed solutions. Build relations with team members and product teams, running critical team meetings, and mentor the juniors in the team by relevant Knowledge transfer sessions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Consultant, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Linux; Unix; Windows; Agile SDLC; Hybrid SDLC; experience with developing and designing Application Architecture Disciplines; Data Architecture Disciplines; Infrastructure Architecture Disciplines; experience in developing applications and APIs with Microservices and Apache Kafka; experience with J2EE, Jenkins, NodeJS, Spring, CSS, Hibernate and HTML frameworks; experience developing software or a Microservices environment that deploys as a REST API; experience building applications using Java, Junit, and CI/CD pipeline; Javascript; JQuery; SQL, Typescript, Angular, Maven, Dynatrace, Oracle, Splunk, GIT; Cucumber; experience building applications that utilize JSON and XML formatted data files payloads for data transfer; Developing software utilizing Spring Boot, Maven or Gradle to resolve application dependencies; Testing Experience of Automated Testing; Blackbox Testing; Functional Testing; Manual Testing; Performance Testing; Regression Testing; Smoke Testing; System Integration Testing; Unit Testing; User Acceptance Testing; Cloud Architecture including Cloud Foundry and AWS.
