As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software based on the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment. You will work with product management, other engineering teams, customer success and support on developing cutting edge new product features and enhancements across various areas of Boomi offerings.
You will:

Be a key member of an Agile team, collaboratively realizing features through the software development lifecycle

Guide and participate in design, development, unit testing, and deployment of Boomi products and services including enhancements and/or resolution of any issues that may be reported

Investigate and resolve complex customer issues
-
Work independently with a minimal level of guidance from technical leadership
-
Mentor other Boomi engineers, including design collaboration and code reviews
-
Research, validate, and recommend technology decisions for new features

3+ years of enterprise software development experience using object-oriented languages like Java
- Minimum 6 months of AI-ML or "Prompt Engineering" is must.

Experience in implementing APIs and integration technologies in distributed enterprise environments using a combination of technologies, languages or standards like GRAPHQL, REST, SOAP, JSON etc.

Solid understanding of object-oriented design concepts for delivering and maintaining a software product and familiarity with established design patterns.

Experience with SQL and relational database systems/NOSQL
-
Strong technical communication skills (verbal and written) to interface with cross functional technical teams within the organization

Experience using Linux/Unix environments
Desirable Requirements

Basic Understanding of Frontend technologies/Framework such as React, Angular etc

Familiarity with cloud ecosystems like AWS, Azure and associated connectivity

Working knowledge of microservices based architecture and related technologies like Docker, Kubernetes

Experience using Devops tools like Harness, Jenkins and other CI/CD tools
-
Previous exposure to current standards and frameworks, such as Spring Framework
