Responsibilities
Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components anywhere in the software stack
Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions
Participate in code reviews
Work closely with architects or senior engineers on the low-level designs
Assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling
Remain current on new technologies and make recommendations as necessary
Perform unit and dev testing to deliver high-quality solutions
Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes
Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management
Requirements
1-4 years of total experience with at least 1+ years of working experience in Java, Spring framework, Spring boot, and JPA
Working knowledge of Relational DBs (MySQL/PostgreSQL) & NoSQL DBs (MongoDB)
Knowledge of build tools like Maven. (Gradle will be nice to have)
API based platform development experience•
Strong experience in SQL and in-depth knowledge of data structures
Strong communication skills and willingness to take initiative to contribute beyond basic responsibilities
Some recent and successful experience in a properly functioning agile team would be extremely advantageous
Familiarity with Document, Time Series & Graph DBs is a plus.
