Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using Java, Springboot & rest services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead architectural design decisions and contribute to the overall software development lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues.
- Mentor and guide junior software engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

- Engineering in IT/ software or a related field or any equivalent
- 2-4 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring boot
- knowledge in unix/Shell scripting is required.
- Experience with database management systems (Oracle/PL/SQL).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Skills:
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
- Good hands-on on backend java development.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of security best practices in software development.
