Build REST APIs, handle multithreading, work with SQL/Oracle and ORM (Spring Data JPA/Hibernate), use Unix/shell scripting, and integrate messaging platforms (ActiveMQ/Kafka). Collaborate in Agile teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Cloud, UI, and financial domain exposure are desirable.
