WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will report to the HR Technology leader and be our liaison between the HR Technology and our HR Business team. You will work alongside HR Tech team members across Workday functional areas and enabling groups. Extended stakeholder partners will include Product Managers, HR System Process Owners, Business Analysts, our Technology teams, as well as HR data requestors.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Workday HR Configurator to support HR Services, Operations, and Analytics. This role will sit within our HR Technology Engineering - the team who supports Workday HR configuration solutions for Core HR Shared Services, Payroll, Total Rewards Operations, Talent Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development.

This person is an HR Configurator professional with experience in implementing and transforming technology – Workday experience is a must. This person will have a good understanding of HR technology, technology deployment processes, Workday's Core HCM configuration, business process, reporting and security.   • Deep knowledge of Core HR Configurator as applicable to Workday (essential)

  • 3+ years of Workday configuration experience in the modules of your experience (certification is desired).

  • Proficiency in Workday reporting with demonstrated knowledge of calculated fields.

  • Strong general understanding of other Workday modules including Recruiting, Talent, and Security a plus.

  • Detail oriented with superior analytical, problem solving, pragmatism and organization skills.

  • Proven experience working in project oriented high-performing teams.

  • Knowledge of HCM worker staffing lifecycle, organizations, and dataflows.

  • Strong attention to detail and goal oriented. Must be able to effectively manage multiple activities and/or projects concurrently.

  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to work within changing priorities including ad hoc requests.

  • Commitment to excellence in delivery of customer service.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will work with stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure Core HR requirements are completed and built in Workday fit the needs of our teammates. As Core HR Workday Configurator, partner closely with the people team to review HR business requirements from our stakeholders and determine the best technology solution, determine the appropriate output, format, and distribution method. Additionally, you will continuously research, test and stay up to date on Workday updates, fixes and capabilities.
