About this opportunity:
We are looking for a full-stack developer to support the Learning Services India Digital Team which is a full-service learning and digital solutions unit, spanning learning technology support; mobile, web, and desktop app development; automation support; AI/ML support; customized analytics and mis built on large datasets.
What you will do:
• Develop software framework using the technology that has been decided for the project.• Take ownership for the end-to-end development and deployment of individual tasks.• Contribute to the needs of internal stakeholders.• Collaborate closely with team members across projects.• Deliver on project goals and milestones.• Build and establish repeatable, technology-driven processes and best practices.• Troubleshoot, debug, and problem-solve across technical challenges.• Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.• Adapt technical solutions to real business needs.
The skills you bring:
• 3-8 years' experience in software development with 5-6 years of relevant experience in full stack development• Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MCA• Should be an expert in Angular, React, or a similar modern frontend framework; HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript Node.js/Express or a comparable web/REST API framework• Strong understanding of web development and related technologies. Hybrid mobile development experience (Ionic, React Native, or Flutter)• Working knowledge on AI, Linux, Python, AWS/cloud services• Self-driven, proactive, problem-solving skills• Eager to learn new tools, AI, cloud services• Be a team player, enthusiastic and motivated.• Have strong customer focus and have effective presentation and communication skills• Capability to understand customer requirements and transform into specific Networking skills.• Be able to work independently and be self-motivated• Ability to persuade and mobilize internal/external resources to fulfill customer requirements in the design space• Ability to provide clear and concise reports/feedback to peers and management, adapting the style of communication appropriately to the audience/receivers
Good to have skills (Automation & GenAI)• Automation skills using Python for workflow optimization, data handling, and solution automation.• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Generative AI (GenAI) - including prompt engineering, model understanding,
