Manage and grow social media platforms for the company and its clients. Develop content plans, social media strategies, creative campaigns, and audience engagement initiatives across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Create and coordinate Reels, Stories, Carousels, and short-form videos while maintaining strong visual branding. Identify trends, manage multiple client accounts and deadlines, communicate with clients, and improve brand visibility and engagement.
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and 360° Social Media Executive who can independently manage and grow social media platforms for the company and its clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media management, content strategy, design aesthetics, audience engagement, and current digital trends.
The candidate should be capable of not only executing a social media plan but also bringing fresh ideas, identifying opportunities, and developing creative strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement.
Requirements
Preferred Qualification
Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with a background in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Media, Digital Marketing, or Communications will be preferred.
Requirement:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in social media management.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite.
- Understanding of LinkedIn Business/Company Page management.
- Strong understanding of content planning and social media strategy.
- Good eye for design, aesthetics, branding, and visual communication.
- Good understanding of Reels, Stories, Carousels, short-form videos, and other current content formats.
- Basic understanding of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
