Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release automation to enable reliable, repeatable software delivery
- Administer and support GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions workflows
- Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
- Improve platform reliability through monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices
- Partner with engineering teams to standardize build, deploy, and release processes
- Implement security best practices including secrets management, dependency scanning, and compliance controls
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI assisted tooling
- Participate in on call support and post incident reviews to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release engineering
- Solid hands on experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions
- Experience with Java and Maven build tooling
- Hands on experience with Docker containerization
- Experience deploying and operating workloads in Microsoft Azure
- Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform
- Experience with Azure AKS and cloud networking
- Experience using AI assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, code scanning)
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and automated security tooling
- Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting
- Proven solid collaboration and communication skills across engineering, security, and platform teams
