As a ServiceNow Developer (Band: TE3), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring core ServiceNow modules and custom applications. Your primary focus will be on driving efficiency across enterprise service pillars—including HR, Legal, Facilities, and Procurement—while maintaining the integrity of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), handling complex integrations, and automating quality assurance via automated testing frameworks.
Core ResponsibilitiesPrimary Focus Areas (Core Development & Architecture)IT Service Management (ITSM): Design, develop, and maintain core ITSM modules to optimize IT service delivery and operational workflows.
HR Service Delivery (HRSD): Configure and customize HR workflows, lifecycle events, and case management to streamline HR operations.
Legal & Facilities Service Management: Architect and support tailored workflows for Legal and Facilities teams to automate request fulfillment and case tracking.
Procurement Service Management: Build and manage procurement workflows, asset tracking, and vendor request systems.
Configuration Management Database (CMDB): Own the health, architecture, and configuration of the CMDB, ensuring accurate data mapping and asset relationship management.
Integrations: Build, maintain, and troubleshoot robust integrations across key enterprise platforms, including Active Directory (AD), Workday, Okta, and various custom third-party APIs.
Employee Service Centre (ESC) Portal: Enhance user experience by configuring the ESC portal, content delivery, and service catalogs.
Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM): Support SPM modules to align business strategy with project execution and resource management.
Custom Application Development: Scope, design, and deploy bespoke applications on the ServiceNow platform to solve unique business challenges.
Reports & Dashboards: Create and maintain insightful analytics, performance analytics indicators, and visual dashboards for stakeholders.
QA-ATF (Automated Test Framework): Implement and run Automated Test Framework (ATF) suites to ensure platform stability, minimize regression risks during upgrades, and streamline deployments.
Job Band: TE3 (Mid-to-Senior level developer indicating independent execution capability and technical ownership).
Technical Breadth: Strong hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow suites (ITSM, HRSD, Enterprise Service Management).
