We are seeking a skilled ServiceMax IT Analyst with over 3 years of experience in ServiceMax analysis to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceMax functionality and will be able to leverage their expertise to enhance our service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications within the ServiceMax platform.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceMax applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting on service performance metrics.
- Train and support end-users on best practices and system functionalities.
- Participate in project planning and execution for ServiceMax-related initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to service management and ServiceMax.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceMax analysis and implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management principles.
