About This Opportunity

What You will do:
- Drive prioritized improvement initiatives in key strategic and operational areas, improving MSN cost metrics in line with Ericsson Project Management guidelines.
- Lead and execute AI/ML value pack-based initiatives in close alignment with the MSN portfolio team.
- Drive new business ideas from conceptualization to reality, evolving solutions around Process, People, Tools, and Data.
- Provide thought leadership by researching industry best practices, conducting experiments, and collaborating with internal and external industry leaders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align Service Management strategy with business priorities, the current threat landscape, and technology developments.
- Communicate end-to-end Service Management strategy to relevant stakeholders, prioritizing changes and opportunities based on Customer Experience, cost, risk, and business benefit.
- Own Budget Planning and Allocation, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting, ensuring program costs remain within prescribed limits.
- Continuously drive efficiency, improvements, and excellence across Service Delivery.
- Establish strong governance and reporting frameworks at all levels for assigned projects on a regular basis.
- Lead Risk Management and mitigation planning with proper governance for all programs under responsibility, influencing business decisions by weighing risk against the cost of inaction.
- Interface and collaborate with key stakeholders including SDUs, MSDMs, Service Owners, Transformation Managers, MA/BA FSO teams, Market Area Delivery Organization, MSCLT, and SLOP/BCSM Executive Management.
You will Bring:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent (ECE / CSE / IT) or MBA.
- 14+ years of total experience, with 10+ years in Telecom Operations (vendor and/or service provider).
- Proven experience leading strategic initiatives in AI/ML and Automation streams.
- Prior experience in Project Management and/or Service Management functions within Managed Services.
- 5+ years of management experience.
Technical Competencies
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Telecom Operations.
- Solid background in Project Management and/or Service Management functions.
- Certification in Project Management frameworks such as PMP is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Ericsson Policies, Directives, and Guidelines.
- Good understanding of SLA, WLA, and OLA frameworks.
