- Execute on‑page SEO: metadata, headers, schema where relevant, image optimization, content refreshes.
- Drive off‑page: digital PR, guest posts, partner mentions, and high‑quality white‑hat link acquisition.
- Run compliant Quora and Reddit publishing programs to earn visibility and links (value‑first, non‑spammy).
- Monitor and improve technical health: crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, sitemaps/robots, canonicalization; raise precise tickets with engineering.
- Build dashboards and report weekly/monthly on rankings, impressions/CTR, traffic, backlinks, and organic demo/lead conversions using GSC, GA4, and HubSpot Analytics.
- Collaborate with product marketing, design, and engineering to ship fast, measure impact, and iterate.
Must‑Have Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of B2B SaaS SEO with measurable wins (rankings, traffic, pipeline); able to share case studies.
- Strong content writing/editing skills; proven ability to run a consistent publishing engine.
- Hands‑on HubSpot CMS/Marketing Hub experience (blogs, landing pages, SEO recommendations, CTAs, forms).
- Deep knowledge of on‑page/off‑page SEO; comfortable briefing and validating technical fixes.
- Experience with compliant Quora/Reddit programs for thought leadership and link earning.
- Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, and at least one of Ahrefs/SEMrush; basic Looker/Looker Studio.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication; bias to action and speed.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to creator/influencer marketing or marketplace products.
- Basic HTML/CSS, schema markup, and HubSpot theme/module familiarity.
- Programmatic SEO experience (templated pages at scale).
Tools You’ll Use
- HubSpot, Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog/JetOctopus, PageSpeed Insights, Looker/Looker Studio, Asana, Google Sheets/Docs.
What Success Looks Like

- Acquire quality, relevant backlinks each month via white‑hat efforts.
