Senior Technical Project Analyst - Smartsheet Developer

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create use cases based on solutions delivered, tracking related efficiencies gained and other benefits derived from the solution
• Serve as a Smartsheet subject matter expert (SME) on Smartsheet product capabilities
• Translate business requirements into solutions that best leverage the Smartsheet platform
• Participate in technical design sessions with our Smartsheet solutions architects; and document technical solutions aligned with business objectives
• Develop tools, processes, and best practices to ensure business customers are realizing the greatest possible value from Smartsheet
• Lead activities including requirements collection, data management, solutioning, build, test, launch, and production/operations support
• Continuously coordinate and share relevant technology trends within the Smartsheet ecosystem and work management tools
• Develop processes and standard methodologies to ensure customers are realizing the greatest possible value from digital workflows
• Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation.
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Required or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in business process design, or process reengineering
• 2+ years of Smartsheet Product experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Smartsheet Product Certification
• PMP
• Green Belt Certification
• 2+ years of experience using Smartsheet products like Dynamic View, Data Mesh, Pivot and Calendar
• 2+ years of experience using Control Center and Creating Blueprints
• 1+ years of experience using Resource Management
• 1+ years of experience using Bridge
• 1+ years of experience using Smartsheet Premium products like WorkApps and Data Uploader
• 1+ years of experience using Visio
• Healthcare industry experience
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple demands and competing deadlines
