Job Description
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own the architecture and system design across multiple large-scale, complex projects.
• Design and deliver robust, scalable, and performant solutions that meet enterprise-grade quality and reliability standards.
• Define and evolve technical strategy, set architecture direction, and establish engineering best practices across teams.
• Apply AI and LLM-based techniques (e.g., prompt tuning, contextual retrieval, model integration) to enhance developer workflows and product intelligence.
• Evaluate and leverage AI-assisted developer tools (such as Cursor, Windsurf, etc.) to improve productivity and code quality.
• Mentor and guide engineers and senior ICs on architecture principles, system scalability, and coding excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and platform teams to ensure alignment between architecture decisions and business outcomes.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

• 12+ years of experience in software development with Java or a similar object-oriented programming language.
• Strong passion for JavaScript and modern web technologies, with deep understanding of reusability, componentization, and web platform architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
• Advanced experience working with relational databases, including schema design, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to multiple technology stacks - Cloud Development, Platforms, Web Frameworks, or Service-Oriented Architectures.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-team engineering initiatives, manage technical risks, and deliver high-impact outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience in integrating AI into development workflows, automating processes, or enhancing decision-making with AI insights.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience architecting or integrating AI-augmented developer tools or LLM-powered solutions.
• Hands-on familiarity with prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, or AI workflow automation.
• Strong track record of mentoring and influencing engineering teams, driving adoption of modern architectures and coding standards.
