Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple engineering teams in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications
- Provide technical leadership in solution architecture, application modernization, cloud adoption, and engineering best practices
- Drive end-to-end program delivery including planning, estimation, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Partner with Product Managers, Architects, and Business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives
- Mentor Technical Leads and Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards, operational excellence, security, compliance, and quality expectations
- Drive AI adoption, engineering productivity improvements, and modernization initiatives across delivery teams
- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, resource planning, and prioritization to ensure successful program outcomes
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with significant experience leading engineering teams
- Solid background in Java, Microservices, ReactJS, Azure Cloud, and enterprise architecture
- Experience managing large-scale application delivery programs using Agile methodologies
- Experience leading Technical Leads and cross-functional engineering teams
- Proven solid stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to drive technical strategy, delivery execution, and organizational outcomes
