Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale AI-powered and cloud-native solutions
- Drive adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI/ML platforms, and automation capabilities across the organization
- Define technical strategy, architecture standards, and engineering best practices for scalable, secure, and resilient systems
- Architect and optimize solutions leveraging Azure Public Cloud services and modern platform engineering principles
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving software engineering, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and DevSecOps
- Mentor engineers and influence technical direction through architecture reviews, innovation, and engineering excellence
- Drive operational excellence through automation, observability, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with business and technology leaders to translate strategic objectives into technology solutions

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or similar field
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated architecture and technical leadership responsibilities
- Deep experience with Azure Public Cloud, cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale CI/CD, DevSecOps, and platform engineering solutions
- Solid expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG frameworks, and AI platform development
- Advanced proficiency in Python, Java, Spring Boot, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
- Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and influence architecture decisions across multiple teams
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
