Our mission is to modernize and scale this product for the future — advancing its architecture, strengthening performance and reliability, and paving the path toward cloud-native capabilities. We are also embedding AI-driven intelligence to transform multi step workflows into seamless, natural interactions, making the product easier and more intuitive for our users.
This role gives you the opportunity to influence architectural design, drive performance improvements, and lead innovation at scale by leveraging your deep technical expertise, strong analytical mindset, and passion for exploring new technologies.
Your Engineering DNA
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on software development experience building production-grade systems.
Expertise in C/C++/Win32 or C#/.NET, with strong command of algorithms, data structures and system-level programming.
Strong skills in debugging, performance analysis, and solving complex technical problems.
Experience working on large-scale, enterprise-grade software systems.
Your Edge
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Hands-on experience with MSSQL, with the ability to diagnose and resolve performance issues related to indexing and resource utilization.
Curiosity and willingness to explore cloud-native architectures, modernization approaches, and emerging technologies.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts – understanding foundational ML principles and collaborating on AI-driven feature enhancements in enterprise products.
