Senior Software Engineer - Power BI, SQL

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain highly interactive, user-friendly Power BI dashboards and reports based on complex business requirements
• Assist in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from various structured and unstructured data sources
• Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Perform data validation, quality assurance, and automated testing to ensure high accuracy and integrity of all published reports and dashboards
• Optimize dashboard and report performance, query execution times, and usability to ensure a seamless end-user experience
• Thoroughly document dashboards, data sources, report logic, definitions, and technical metadata
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancement of existing reports and analytical tools
• Evaluate emerging trends (such as Large Language Models and cloud analytics) to inform solution design and strategic innovation
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst
• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• 3+ years of experience writing SQL queries and assisting with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• Experience working with business stakeholders translates business requirements into technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good knowledge in Azure and LLM
• Good knowledge on full-stack development technologies, including Spring Boot, Angular, or React
• Good knowledge in RESTful API development and integration
• Proven excellent documentation skills, including mapping data dictionaries, metadata, and reporting logic
• Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
