Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce Platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and SOQL
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party applications via APIs, middleware, and other tools
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Optimize performance of Salesforce applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Implement Salesforce security and sharing rules to ensure data integrity and access control
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including solution design, data models, and release notes
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes using version control and CI/CD tools
• Support and maintain existing Salesforce applications and perform regular system updates as required by Salesforce releases
• Leverage AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience working in Agile development environments and using DevOps tools like Git and SFDX
• Experience with AI tools including Github Copilot and Microsoft Copilot
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and the Salesforce metadata API
• Understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other front-end technologies
• Familiarity with Salesforce testing frameworks and automation
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines like GitHub Actions
• Understanding of governance limits and performance optimization techniques
