We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Backend Infrastructure to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling our backend infrastructure, with a strong focus on driving operational excellence and supporting data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration, process efficiency, and infrastructure alignment across various services. Your expertise in backend systems will play a critical role in maintaining robust and scalable solutions that support our growing operations.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain backend infrastructure to support scalable applications
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability
- Collaborate with product teams to understand infrastructure requirements and provide solutions
- Participate in architecture design and enhance system performance and scalability
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related issues
- Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure management and deployment
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- +3 years of experience in backend development with a focus on infrastructure
- Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as PHP, Python, or Node.js
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and related tools
- Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices
- Solid knowledge of networking, security, and cloud architecture best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
