Position Summary
As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in AI and Machine Learning, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning models and AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate these solutions into our products and services, driving innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Design and develop systems that combine retrieval-based methods with generative models to enhance the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated content.
- Utilize Vector Embeddings: Develop and optimize vector embeddings for various applications, including semantic search, recommendation systems, and natural language understanding.
- Leverage LLMs: Integrate and fine-tune ChatGPT or similar large language models to create conversational AI solutions, enhancing user interactions and automating customer support.
- Build backend APIs in python and collaborate with Front End Engineers to integrate them with Web Applications.
- Collaborate with other engineers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to best practices for software development.
- Develop and maintain documentation for AI/ML models, algorithms, and processes.
- Work with large datasets, perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments, ensuring reliability and robustness.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other specialized AI domains.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
