What is the Sr. Sales Manager responsible for?

Responsible for running the designated set of relationships in Kolkata Market.

This position will focus on Retail Sales primarily from ND Channels and may require managing select IMFDs / Regional Distributors / Aggregators.

Strengthen relationships with existing clients.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of Sr. Sales Manager?

Strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Achieve defined Gross, Net Sales and SIPs and Asset targets defined each year.

Monitoring of Sales Metrics – MIS, Mathematics of Retail, Talisma, Budgets, Activities, Call Reports, Weekly management reports, etc.
What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

Graduate, preferably Management graduate

8 to 10 years of sales, preferably in wealth management / Mutual Fund Industry

High Knowledge and understanding of Financial Markets

AMFI/NISM certification (Advisors’ Module) mandatory

Should possess relationship management skills / channel management experience.

Strong written and oral communication skills. Should be fluent in English and Hindi

Hands on over Microsoft Office.
