Job Description for the role:
Senior QA Engineer
Experience: 6 – 8 years and above
Skills required:
Insurance domain (Personal Lines) experience is a must.
Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand requirements and user stories.
Keep test scripts up to date with software feature changes.
Develop and maintain test data sets and test environments.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code and test script quality.
Experience in working in Agile development environment and be part of the agile ceremonies.
Excellent knowledge in analytical, problemsolving, troubleshooting skills while testing the application.
Knowledge in API testing using Postman or other API testing tools.
Work closely with the Business teams, BAs, Developers, and QA teams to ensure highquality software releases.
Mentor and guide junior QA Engineers on testing best practices, tools, and methodologies.
Collaborate with the QA team to establish consistent testing practices across different products and projects.
Nice to have Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts for Web applications using any programming language such as Ruby/Python/Java, Selenium (must), Along with manual testing..
