・プロジェクト計画策定、KPIを用いたパフォーマンス管理
・ゼネコンや設計事務所への指導・マネジメント
・リソース調達、品質・安全・環境(HSE)の計画と継続的管理
・部門横断チームのリードと促進
★事業用不動産サービス事業を展開するCBRE社との提携により、工場・データセンター・オフィス・商業施設等、最先端かつ大規模な案件に携われます。

【必須】何らかの建築のPM経験、もしくは建築現場での管理経験
