ABOUT THE ROLE
Sortly’s Platinum, Partnerships & Platform (PPP) team drives some of our most strategic product initiatives. With the Platinum and Platform workstreams growing rapidly, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Partnerships pillar.
In this role, you will turn Sortly’s strategic relationships into tangible customer and business impact. You will collaborate with external partners to identify shared customer needs, define joint value propositions, and shape the roadmap that brings them to life. Working closely with our Strategy and Partnerships team, as well as Engineering and Design, you will guide partnership efforts from discovery through iterative release phases while ensuring every collaboration reflects Sortly’s simplicity-first philosophy.
This is a highly visible, high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, customer empathy, and cross-company collaboration.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead customer and partner discovery to uncover shared needs and high-value opportunities.
Collaborate with partner product and technical teams to define use cases and align on desired customer outcomes. - Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, the Strategy and Partnerships team, and Customer Success to plan and execute partnership initiatives.
- Build and manage the partnership roadmap, guiding initiatives through discovery, validation, and launch.
- Balance strategic impact with simplicity, ensuring every solution is intuitive, focused, and aligned with Sortly’s core product principles.
- Communicate priorities, decisions, and progress clearly across internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish metrics to evaluate partnership success and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
- Experience working on product partnerships or co-developing solutions with external partners in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred.
- Strong customer discovery skills and the ability to translate insights into clear, simple product direction.
- Keen eye for product usability with a simplicity-first mindset, and the ability to turn complex problems into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch.
- Analytical and data-driven, with the judgment to balance qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills that influence both internal teams and external partners.
- Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
