  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive loyalty experiences across discovery, booking, post-booking, and future-trip planning.

  • Establish clear product requirements, success measures, and operating mechanisms for complex, multi-team initiatives.

  • Balance customer value, commercial outcomes, technical feasibility, operational readiness, and long-term platform health.

  • Drive alignment across stakeholders, communicate tradeoffs clearly, and influence decisions in a highly matrixed environment.

  • Advocate for a consistent, differentiated loyalty experience while accounting for the needs of Hotels.com customers and the broader Expedia Group ecosystem.

What Success Looks Like

  • Experienced in defining product strategy and delivering consumer-facing experiences at scale.

  • Skilled at simplifying complex concepts and creating clarity in ambiguous environments.

  • Comfortable working across product areas, functions, brands, and geographies.

  • A collaborative, inclusive leader who builds trust and influences without direct authority.

  • Curious, data-informed, and motivated by improving how people experience travel.

  • Able to move between strategic thinking and detailed execution as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience leading complex product initiatives.

  • Proven ability to define roadmaps, prioritize effectively, and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Experience partnering with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and business stakeholders.

  • Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with loyalty, travel, e-commerce, marketplaces, subscriptions, rewards, or customer engagement products.

  • Experience designing products that drive repeat behavior, retention, or customer lifetime value.

  • Experience with experimentation, personalization, segmentation, or behavioral analytics.

  • Experience operating in a global, matrixed organization.

  • Ability to connect member needs to broader business strategy and measurable commercial impact.
