Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager – Platform, you will define and drive the evolution of key services powering the Uniphore Business AI platform. These foundational capabilities enable secure, scalable, and consistent development across Uniphore’s suite of enterprise applications.
This role focuses on defining platform-wide capabilities such as identity and access management, multi-tenancy, configuration management, and cost attribution. In addition to working across backend services, the role includes integral ownership of UI elements for the platform capabilities—such as platform admin panels, onboarding workflows, and cross-product configuration interfaces—that are shared across the company’s products.
You will work closely with product and engineering teams across Uniphore to ensure these services are easy to consume, secure, and aligned with company-wide goals. Success in this role looks like
Platform foundation services are highly adopted and reusable across Uniphore’s applications.
Platform UI components (admin, onboarding, config) are intuitive, secure, and scalable, enabling internal and external teams to manage services easily.
Services are well-documented, easy to integrate, and meet enterprise standards for performance and compliance.
You are seen as a key partner to both platform and application engineering teams driving cross functional alignment and product strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Define the strategy, roadmap, and product requirements for foundational platform services used across Uniphore’s AI product suite.
Lead the definition of services including:
Authentication & Authorization (IAM)
Multi-tenancy & Tenant Management
Configuration & Secrets Management
Cost Attribution & Metering
Data Services Infrastructure – APIs and infrastructure for data pipelines, storage, access control, and governance
AI Services Infrastructure – Interfaces for onboarding, managing, and integrating AI services
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver UI components that support:
Platform administration
User onboarding
Service configuration across products
Ensure foundational services meet non-functional goals such as scalability, security, and availability.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX Design, InfoSec, Customer Success, and Support to drive successful implementation and adoption.
Serve as an internal advocate for platform thinking, promoting shared services and consistent interfaces across Uniphore’s product teams.
Define and track platform KPIs, such as uptime, adoption rate, performance SLAs, and developer satisfaction.
Qualifications
7–10+ years of experience in product management, particularly in platforms, shared services, or enterprise software.
Proven track record of defining foundational services in a SaaS environment (e.g., IAM, configuration, metering, data APIs).
Experience working with cross-functional teams including UX, front-end and back-end engineering, security, and customer-facing functions.
Ability to shape and contribute to UI/UX experiences that support critical platform functions (e.g., admin consoles, onboarding modules).
Deep understanding of non-functional requirements and their impact on product design.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business domains.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing internal platforms used by multiple product or application teams.
Understanding of enterprise compliance and security frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA).
Experience defining or implementing cost attribution, telemetry, or usage-based metering systems.
Prior experience with conversational AI or enterprise AI platforms is a plus.
Experience managing APIs, SDKs, or developer platforms.
Background in security or compliance-heavy environments.
