About the Role:
Are you excited about building the systems that turn raw operational data into real-time intelligence for the world’s largest fleets?
Motive Analytics is one of Motive’s highest-priority enterprise initiatives, combining embedded analytics and AI-powered answers into a single experience that helps customers explore data, understand performance, and make better decisions across their entire operation. This role is a core contributor to that platform, owning major customer-facing and data-driven product areas that shape how fleets interact with their data and how AI delivers insight at scale.
You will work closely with product, engineering, design, and data teams to bring new analytics and AI capabilities to life, helping translate complex operational data into simple, trustworthy, and actionable experiences for enterprise customers.
What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Product Manager on Enterprise Analytics, you will:
- Drive Key Initiatives: Drive delivery of key parts of the Motive Analytics roadmap, including customer-facing analytics experiences, AI-powered features, and supporting data foundations.
- Build the Data Backbone: Partner with engineering and data teams to evolve data models, metrics, and schemas that make analytics accurate, performant, and easy to use.
- Improve AI Intelligence: Improve AI models through better instructions, reference questions, feedback loops, and strategic training inputs.
- Be the Customer Champion: Work closely with customers, sales, and support to understand real-world reporting and decision-making workflows.
- Define Success: Help define and track success metrics around adoption, engagement, trust, and performance of the Analytics platform.
- Transform Data into Decisions: Turn massive operational datasets into intuitive, fast, and trusted analytics experiences that executives and frontline teams rely on daily.
- Drive Real-World Impact: Ship features that materially change how customers run safety, compliance, and operations, not just how they view reports.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within B2B or enterprise SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling data-heavy, analytics, or platform products used by real customers.
- Sufficient technical depth to collaborate confidently with backend, frontend, and data engineering teams on data models, metrics, APIs, and cloud data platforms.
- Experience shipping AI-powered or machine-learning–driven product features at scale.
- Proven ability to drive complex, multi-team initiatives from concept through launch in fast-moving, high-visibility environments.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets to guide product decisions and measure success based on outcomes, not just outputs.
- High customer empathy and the ability to translate complex operational and reporting needs into intuitive, high-impact product experiences.
Creating a diverse and inclusive workplace is one of Motive's core values. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives.
